We can also assist you with any appeal process. Internal appeals rarely have positive outcomes for employees, however a strong appeal is more likely than not to draw your employer to the negotiation table.

A strong appeal is also very important for a future tribunal claim. Points that have not been raised during an internal process are very unlikely to succeed at a tribunal. For example, if you do not state as part of the hearing or appeal that you believe your treatment is related to your sex or race, sexual orientation, age, etc… your employer will have a strong defence in saying that if they had known they would have done something about it.
