Termination of Employment
If you are dismissed, you should know why you are being dismissed and, in most circumstances, your employer should have followed a procedure to dismiss you.

If you have more than one year’s length of service, you could make a claim in the employment tribunals for unfair dismissal. If you do not have one year’s length of service, you may be able to claim breach of contract, unauthorised deductions from wages, discrimination and certain very limited unfair dismissal claims.
It may be sufficient to threaten to bring a case in the tribunals to obtain a settlement from your ex-employer. We can assist you with this process.
