The Employment Tribunal in Edinburgh has recently given its judgment in Mr F Dargo v Deborah Services Ltd. The Claimant, Mr Dargo, was represented by EmployEase at the hearing. The tribunal found in his favour on all his claims, including that he was dismissed unfairly for making protected disclosures and that the redundancy procedure used to dismiss him was a sham. Mr Dargo has been awarded just over £64,300 and we are delighted to have been able to achieve such a high level of compensation on his behalf.
